I am a practicing Professional Licensed Massage Therapist.  In 2011 I completed a 550 hours training course and have performed thousands of hours of massage since. I also take Continuing Education courses regularly.  I am committed to staying informed to help my clients.

Swedish Massage for relaxation is the most common massage that I perform. It is meant to help with general stress and with the common aches and pains of everyday life.

However, I specialize in Therapeutic Massage for the treatment of many issues including pain, and range of motion. These are often related to stress, but are also caused by injuries, medical issues, medications, or aging. These issues may include some or all of the techniques listed on the Massages page. This also means that some of the muscles that I work with can be quite personal in nature. Working with the Pectorial muscles (chest/under breast), glutial muscles (your rear end), adductor muscles (inner thigh), and psoas muscles (inside of hip), just to name a few. This all done with your permission and only to your comfort level.

Soft lighting, soothing music, a large well IMAG0311padded table, and draping to your comfort level. All designed to make your session and relaxing as possible. Unscented hypo allergenic lotion or, if you prefer, sunflower oil. (Sunflower is a light oil with little to no scent.)

Then wipe you down with steamed moist cloths to leave your skin feeling clean, hydrated, comfortable, and ready for your day.

When you first come to see me, we will talk about you want to achieve with your session.   Do you want to relax and forget the world, or do you have tension, stress, or the general aches and pains of life. Together we can design a massage just for you using a variety of techniques to workout your issues and relax.

My studio is located in a quiet office complex that has easy access from I-30 and only minutes from downtown Fort Worth or the mid-cities.
